Eagle Chase is a small community in Palm Harbor Florida with only 64 houses ranging from about 1200 sqft to a large 3200 sqft. The average home in this community is about 1800 sqft. While the homes are not on the high end of the price spectrum, they do look a bit nicer than the average home with nice in ground screened pools and large garages. The community is mostly composed of concrete block homes with some wood frame and stucco homes as well. The community is located in north Palm Harbor between US Hwy 19 and Belcher road with exits on both sides and just north of Alderman road which is ideal since its easy to get in and out to get where you need to go. These homes were built in the late 1980’s and have 2,3 or even 4 bedrooms. Some of the homes sit on large lots up to a half an acre! The homes range from the $140’s to about the $260’s. You can easily get to one of our famous or not so famous beaches like Howard Park and Honey Moon Island within minutes.
